Keeper Security Annual Revenue Reaches GHS 2.9 Billion

Keeper Security, a United States-based cybersecurity company, announced it has reached GHS 2.9 billion ($225 million) in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). This achievement marks a substantial increase, with the company's ARR growing more than threefold since 2021.

This significant growth is fuelled by an escalating demand for AI-native identity security solutions. Businesses face an explosion of digital identities, including those for machines and AI agents, which require advanced protection. Keeper Security’s platforms address these new challenges, protecting over 95,000 organizations globally.

Ghana's growing digital economy and increasing adoption of cloud technologies make identity security particularly relevant. As Ghanaian businesses embrace artificial intelligence and digital transformation, the need for robust cybersecurity measures will intensify. The global trend towards securing non-human identities directly impacts the strategies local companies must implement to protect their data and systems. This development highlights the broader shift towards advanced cybersecurity solutions as digital threats evolve.

Darren Guccione, CEO and Co-founder of Keeper Security, emphasized the changing landscape of digital protection. He stated, “Identity is the new security perimeter.” Guccione added that the number of privileged identities and machine credentials is growing exponentially with the deployment of AI agents and autonomous systems. This necessitates a modern, unified platform to secure all identities, human or non-human.

Looking ahead, the continued expansion of AI and machine learning in business operations will reinforce the demand for specialized identity security. Decision-makers in Ghana and worldwide will need to prioritize investments in platforms that can manage and secure these complex digital ecosystems. The growth of companies like Keeper Security signals a sustained market trend where cybersecurity innovation remains critical for economic stability and digital infrastructure protection. Regulators may also consider new guidelines to address the security implications of widespread AI adoption.

Keeper Security's recent product, KeeperPAM, launched in February 2025, has also seen remarkable success. The platform, which provides unified privileged access management and identity security, has exhibited 10x year-over-year revenue growth. This platform protects both human and non-human identities, including AI agents and machine identities. The company has added an average of 850 new organizations monthly, demonstrating strong market adoption. This rapid uptake confirms the urgent need for comprehensive identity security solutions.

According to Keeper Security, the proliferation of non-human identities is outpacing human identities at a rate of 150:1. This creates new attack surfaces and operational complexities for organizations. Keeper’s cloud-native platform helps establish identity-first security strategies. These strategies provide security, visibility, governance, and least-privilege controls across entire identity ecosystems.
