Ghana Police have arrested 52 motorcycle riders for alleged unlawful racing along the George Walker Bush Highway near Villaggio in Accra. The operation, conducted by the Airport Divisional Police Command on Sunday, July 26, also resulted in the impounding of 71 motorcycles. The impounded motorcycles included 25 registered Royal motorcycles, 26 unregistered Royal motorcycles, five power bikes, and 15 scooters. These riders allegedly converged to engage in unlawful racing and other related activities, causing significant inconvenience and posing a danger to other road users.
