In the Greater Accra Region, pensioners can report to the CAGD Pensions Head Office in Kinbu or designated Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies. For the remaining 15 regions, the exercise will take place at CAGD Regional Offices and various Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies. All centres will operate from 9:0.0 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. throughout the exercise period.
The department has also made provisions for CAP 30 pensioners and beneficiaries residing outside Ghana. Those in the diaspora are required to visit Ghana Missions in their respective countries of residence. They must present copies of the required documents for verification. This arrangement ensures that overseas pensioners are not excluded while maintaining the integrity of the pension database.
