GNPC Explorco and Tamale Technical University (TaTU) have formalized a strategic partnership to train Ghana’s next generation of petroleum professionals. This collaboration aims to close the gap between the upstream petroleum industry and academic institutions, targeting a more skilled workforce.
The two institutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a clear framework for technical knowledge exchange and capacity building. This agreement will also facilitate collaborative skills development for students and industry personnel. This partnership is crucial for Ghana’s broader economic development by strengthening the energy sector's human capital.
