Sentuo Group Limited has donated 140 metric tonnes of rice and sugar to support households affected by the floods that hit parts of Ghana on June 29, 2026. This significant contribution aims to provide immediate relief to communities grappling with the disaster's aftermath.
The donation, presented at Jubilee House in Accra, includes 4,000 bags of rice weighing 25kg each and 800 bags of sugar weighing 50kg each. These items, totaling 100 metric tonnes of rice and 40 metric tonnes of sugar, form part of a broader consignment. The package also features 400 boxes of granular maize, 1,000 pairs of Wellington boots, 4,000 bags of sachet water, 1,000 mosquito nets, 500 cartons of Abena Sunflower Oil, and 300 cartons of Cindy Sardines. These supplies address critical needs such as food security, access to clean drinking water, and protection from flood-related conditions for affected populations.
