George Dela Coffie has been elected National President of the Ghana Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA). He secured the top position at the 4th Quadrennial National Council Meeting held in Accra. Coffie will serve a four-year term, leading the prominent youth development organisation.
A total of 33 accredited delegates participated in the transparent and peaceful election. This followed a rigorous vetting process for all candidates. Rev. Alex Owusu Addo was also elected National Vice President. Sarah Mamle Kodjie became National Women’s Commissioner, and Frederick Obuo Ohene assumed the role of National Treasurer.
